Each product is made on-demand, our products are not mass-produced. That said, if you’re not happy with the product you’ve received, we’ll gladly take it back or replace it with something else. Just make sure to let us know about the problem within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
How can I return a product?

If you’re ever unhappy with a product that you’ve received and would like to get a refund, get in touch with us. Together we’ll work out a solution.
Keep in mind that requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date. This includes claims for misprinted/damaged/defective products, as well as packages lost in transit.
